Krisumi Corporation is a joint venture between Sumitomo Corporation — a Japanese trading and infrastructure group with roughly 400 years of history — and India's Krishna Group, an established name in Indian real estate. Together they're building Krisumi City, a 65-acre integrated township in Sector 36A on Gurugram's Dwarka Expressway, masterplanned by the internationally renowned Japanese architecture firm Nikken Sekkei.
This was never meant to be one tower, or even one phase. Krisumi City is built to feel like an actual neighbourhood — five residence collections at different price points and stages of construction, arranged around a shared Cascade Clubhouse, water courts and landscaped gardens.

HSIIDC's 1,000+ acre Global City is coming up in Sectors 36, 36B, 37 & 37B — right beside Krisumi City on the Dwarka Expressway. It's planned as Gurugram's new walk-to-work Central Business District, and Krisumi City already sits inside its catchment.
