Where sophistication is simplified

Two companies, one from Japan and one from India, came together to build something neither could have pulled off alone.

The Joint Venture

400 years of Japanese craftsmanship meets Indian enterprise

Krisumi Corporation started as a partnership between Sumitomo Corporation — a Japanese trading and infrastructure group that's been around for roughly 400 years — and India's Krishna Group, who know this market inside out. Together they're building Krisumi City, a 65-acre township in Sector 36A on Gurugram's Dwarka Expressway, with the internationally renowned Japanese firm Nikken Sekkei drawing up the masterplan.

This was never meant to be one tower, or even one phase. Krisumi City is built to feel like an actual neighbourhood — different residences at different price points and stages of construction, arranged around clubhouses, water courts and landscaped gardens, with shops and everyday conveniences arriving as the township grows up around them.

Our Philosophy

Five words we build by

The name itself is a blend — kriyā, the Sanskrit word for intentional creation, and sumi, the Japanese idea of refined living. You'll see these five principles show up everywhere, from the first sketch of the masterplan to the day someone actually moves in.

WaHarmony

Towers, water and garden aren't separate decisions — they're planned together, as one picture.

おもてなしOmotenashiHospitality

Good service means knowing what a resident needs before they've had to ask.

ものづくりMonozukuriCraftsmanship

Every stage gets checked against Japanese construction standards — fit and finish aren't left to chance.

誠実SeijitsuIntegrity

Timelines, pricing, floor plans — we lay it out plainly, phase by phase, no fine print games.

IkiSophistication

It's the proportions and the materials that do the talking here, not ornament piled on for effect.

TakumiMastery

Every detail gets the kind of attention that pushes a building past merely functional.

Design & Delivery

Who builds Krisumi City

Sumitomo Corporation

A Japanese Fortune 500 group with roughly four centuries behind it, bringing serious technical rigour and patient, long-term capital to the table.

Krishna Group

A well-established Indian group that knows how to actually get things built here — the local execution experience this venture needed.

Nikken Sekkei

One of the world's biggest architecture firms, and the one behind Krisumi City's masterplan — the design DNA you'll spot across all five residences.
